This is happening to me right now with one of my small condo projects- I swear, I had a client come in and literally &quot;cry&quot; in my offices.  She is a firstime homebuyer and is &quot;over-preparing?&quot;  I have seen this before, but not to this degree.  No matter how much you try desperately to coddle these individuals, you always feel like in the pit of your stomach that they will do a &quot;Jerry McGuire&quot; (remember when he gets fired...)freak-out on you.</description>
