Having poor information is the main reason why I ended up getting my real estate license. I was sick of not being able to find an agent who would send me good comps or who would work hard to get me good information. You definitely do get what you pay for and sometimes free is a nightmare when as a buyer or a seller you're basing your decision on bad information. I personally charge more because I work very hard.
