Missing in Action: Phoenix Real Estate Blogger Sighting Confirmed!

It never occurred to me that some people might actually miss me on the blogosphere. and boy, was I surprised to read this post on Jay’s blog this morning.

Yes, I have not posted in quite some time and I could give you a long list of excuses. However, during the last couple of months I developed severe symptoms of “Writers Block” and I am currently working on getting over it….

Last night I had a spontaneous moment of inspiration and started tinkering around with the side-bar on my blog. I decided to integrate RealBird’s “Just Listed” widget and one thing led to another. Being forced to update my mybloglog.com user ID, because of yahoo.com, I had to log into my account and Jay caught me cruising…. Thanks for poking me Jay!!!

  1. Fortunately, I’ve never suffered from Writer’s Block (knocking loudly on wood). But I had a college professor that suffered terribly — for years. This was a published author that had written volumes on western history. She said she would sit at a keyboard and *nothing* could come out.

Hopefully it’ll work out. Keep plugging away!

Did you see that Shailesh is having a blogging seminar this week in Scottsdale?

  2. Writer’s block sucks. Try some tequila. That always works for me, especially in the morning.

  3. I have been trying to get you back into blogging for a long time. I am just glad you are back.

  4. Welcome back, sorry I didn’t notice your absence, I was a bit missing myself during the home building meltdown this summer.

  5. Great article on the real estate happenings, I really enjoy reading your posts. Just for your information, Donald Trump is in big trouble right now with his real estate empire. I hope everyone can pull through this slump!!
