An important factor to note about IMAPP is that they are required by ARMLS to use the same data vendor that originally was providing data to Net Value Central (previous ARMLS Tax provider), Whereas with almost every other state that IMAPP covers they normally are purchasing data Directly from the county and processing it themselves. The chance for more errors occurring increases as more "hands", so to speak, are touching that data before it's ever displayed. IMAPP will gladly fix anything that's not displayed properly but the error has to be routed to the source of the problem first before it's fixed on the IMAPP website! Hope this helps!!!!
